Moderator Application Format​

Moderators are community members entrusted with enforcing the rules and representing the community in an official capacity.
The role of a moderator is wearying yet highly rewarding. In addition to enforcing the rules, you will also be present in discussions shaping the future of the server, participate in early testing of features and act as a bridge between the players and the administration team.

If you are a gamemaster or a former staff member, you should contact an administrator before applying; you may be eligible for a shortened process.

Requirements
You must abide by the following requirements to apply. If you do not fulfill one or more of the requirements below, contact an administrator to verify your ability to apply.

• You must be an experienced member of the community.
  We don't set an exact time for how long you must have been a member, but we expect you to be at least familiar with our community structure, our rules, and how we expect staff members to behave.
• You must have a microphone and be willing to use it.
  We primarily use voice channels on Discord to communicate, whether for staff meetings or coordinating actions. We require your microphone to be of good quality.
• You must not have been removed or forced to resign from a previous staff position.
  Our disciplinary guidelines offer at least five chances for staff members to turn their behavior around from the first warning. We will not accept re-applications from former staff members who have been removed from their positions or forced to resign.
